Prototyping (Bespoke Sessions)

Problem Discovery

We work closely with your team to precisely define what your audience needs to learn. Is there a pain point to address? An opportunity to capture? Solving a performance gap? Together, we set a clear objective that defines success.

Experience Design

We create a roadmap to direct learners from their current state to a desired future state. Every adult processes information differently (e.g.: through reflection, inquiry, or discussion), so we build in room for your team to support the unique ways peers learn in a team setting.

Learning Sprints

Real-world experience takes center stage as learners engage in a series of quick, interactive sessions to rapidly move between learning new concepts and testing them out. Sprints can happen over a few of hours, or over a series of weeks.

Integrate + Iterate

We provide feedback tools to help your team measure how new skills are being leveraged over time. Our I&I tools offer suggestions for building new skills into habits, and tips for ongoing skill refreshers.
