  • Venturing beyond simple icebreakers and team building, Facilitated Team Development is grounded in tested team frameworks; resulting in better collaboration, clear communication, and the tools to tackle complex problems in real-time.

  • This structured coaching practice with feedback is designed for people who are preparing for their next role, but have been toggling between their old self and their new identity. We spend 6 weeks building clarity and confidence through deliberate action (no more wheel-spinning!). You will track progress with simple rituals, and our Focused Feedback method supports your growth while cutting out distractions and noise.

  • Retain an in-house executive, leadership coach, or implementation team to oversee your leader and team transitions, and L&D tech implementation strategy. Programs typically run 3-6 months, but can be extended up to 12 months.

About Prototype

The Prototype Organization is a research-forward consultancy committed to helping organizations of all sizes learn and adapt to change. Responsible and innovative companies help drive our society forward, and we hope to play a small role in what that version of the world looks like for you, us, and future generations. We share a number resources at no cost to our community, in hopes of making our research useful and available without limitations.

The Prototype Organization was founded by Tracey Thomas, a nearly 20-year leadership and learning veteran who has worked across Big Tech, entertainment, and high-growth startups. Tracey is a trusted public speaker, consultant, and thought leader on modern leadership and learning technology. She has also served as the VP of Marketing Communications for the Association of Talent Development (Austin).
