About Prototype
The Prototype Organization is a research-forward consultancy committed to helping organizations of all sizes learn and adapt to change. We share a number resources at no cost to our community, in hopes of making our research useful and available without limitations.
The Prototype Organization was founded by Tracey Thomas, a nearly 20-year leadership and learning veteran who has worked across Big Tech, entertainment, and high-growth startups. Tracey is a trusted public speaker, consultant, and thought leader on modern leadership and learning technology. She has also served as the VP of Marketing Communications for the Association of Talent Development (Austin).
